DGA were appointed by St George City Ltd as design & delivery architects for the conversion of a Grade II listed former telephone exchange building at their Royal Exchange development in Kingston to provide a speculative office space. The project involved the conversion of the listed building shell with fully coordinated mechanical and electrical services to create a stand alone office space over three floors, complete with kitchenettes, WCs, showers and bike storage facilites.
