Following the success in achieving planning permission on the first phase on the adjoining site (Central Square), Silvertown Properties Ltd commissioned us to design and develop a smaller mixed use development. The scheme consists of 45 apartments over 5 and 6 storeys, with ground floor commercial space and a shared, private garden to the rear along with roof gardens. As part of the scheme DGA were tasked with designing a public square along the frontage of the development. We worked closely with the client, local residents and Islington Council Planners to develop this scheme and successfully guide it through the planning process.
